Angel Ramon Nemesis Pre-Order and Sale! Don’t Miss Out.

Hello Serial Readers:

Angel Ramon
Angel Ramon, bestselling Amazon Horror Writer.

Bestselling horror writer, Angel Ramon, will be putting his next installment up for pre-order on Friday (January 12).  To celebrate, he is discounting his series as follows in the post below.   Ramon is a great writer and he gives back to the indie author community (which makes his endeavors even more meaningful).

As you might have noticed, Angel’s Nightmare Adventure 3 is coming out for pre-order this Friday! So I decided to put the series on sale! That’s right you’ll be able to get the series even cheaper from Thursday, January 11th to Saturday 13th. I will make the Amazon Bestseller in horror short stories FREE from January 11th to Saturday 13th and will keep Angel’s Nightmare Adventure 2 at the cheap price of $0.99. Nemesis will be at a special promo price of $1.99 from January 11th until the release date of February 2nd.

That means you can get all three books of the series if you love survivor horror for less than $3 this Friday and Saturday. Also, you if you already read the first two, you can snag the third book for $1.99, a full dollar off the regular price!

Looking to achieve your resolution of gathering the guts to read a horror book or reading a story with a Resident Evil vibe, this deal is for you. By the way, Nemesis will have a kick-ass chick for an MC, should be a fun read, especially for those who like Chick-Lit.

I’ll have a huge press release coming where I will discuss some of the new features that will be in Nemesis, especially for those looking for a richer GameLit Horror read or Lite LitRPG horror read.

Rundown of the deal:

Code Jumper by Zachariah Dracoulis

Happy New Year Serial Readers:

Check out Code Jumper by Zachariah Dracoulis.  In Kindle Unlimted and exceptionally priced at $2.99.

291 pages.   I give it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

The year is 2036, and half the population of the United States of America is dead.

Re.Generation killed them.

Code Jumpers, skilled hackers who meet strict criteria, are the traffickers of the new world. Guns, drugs, just about anything else you might need or want in the heavily moderated base game world of Re.Generation, the Code Jumpers can get it for you.

As one of the very few people in the US who can dive into Re.Generation without getting stuck, Eddie is one such Code Jumper.

Eddie likes his job, he gets to be a demigod who sells weed and guns to mere mortals every time he goes to work, but following a catastrophic event that affects both the real world and Re.Generation, access to the game is restricted and he becomes locked outside in the dreaded real world.

Fast-forward five years to a world where certain cities are becoming more and more dangerous to live in, and Eddie is forced to go back.

Before he knows it, he’s jumping around Re.Generation and many of its expansions in a last-ditch effort to stop what promises to be Hiroshima compared to what was a slap on the wrist with the last event.

A video game. A terrorist. A hacker and his AI.

What could go wrong?

My Daily Chatter – Author Zachariah Dracoulis #GameLit

Hello Serial Readers:

Genre(s): Science Fiction, Fantasy, Entertainment>Role Playing, Cyberpunk and TV/Movie/Video Game Adaptation.

Zachariah Dracoulis makes reading fun.

Zachariah Dracoulis

Anyone who follows #LitRPG and #GameLit on social media knows Zachariah Dracoulis.  He’s well established as a best selling writer with his FRAGGED series and LEGENDS OF TARTHIRIOUS.

But, what you may not know is that Zach spends a lot of time giving back to the indie writing community by promoting other writers with his Facebook group LitRPG Rebels.

As serial readers, we need to support good independent publishers with our downloads and ebook buys.  In part, that is why this website was built.   And, by now you should know that I don’t recommend an author unless the books are good and I’ve actually read a good part of the writer’s catalog.

Zach is no exception; I’ve read most of his books.  I bought Legends of Tarthirious back in February and I read the whole series.  I read Fragged back in July and was also impressed.

Discoverers of these exceptional books have an advantage I didn’t have: they can buy the box set all at once without having to wait on pins and needles for the next installment.

So, give Dracoulis a read.  You’ll be pleased with is writing and it will be time well spent.  He makes reading fun.  And, after all, isn’t that what it’s all about?

Read FRAGGED The 5 part short story series boxed set.  I give it 4.8 out of 5 stars.

Read LEGENDS OF TARTHIRIOUS the complete series boxed set.

I give the series 4.7 out of 5 stars.

As most of us are in Kindle Unlimited, you can get the books individually.  So, download them all at once and clear your weekend calendar, order take-out and enjoy.

My Daily Chatter: If you’re looking for a great place to meet authors and talk about LitRPG check out

Fellow serial readers:

If you’re looking for a great place to interact with sci-fi, fantasy and yes, LitRPG authors, then check out

It’s interactive in many ways.  You can discover hidden rooms, build your treasure and buy things that will unlock other areas.  Or, if you just want a message board – it can be that also.  Either way, it’s fun.  Check it out, but be warned, it’s addictive as Hell.

Some of the best #GameLit and #LitRPG writers in the business are over there.

Jamie Davis’ Podcast “Understanding the LitRPG Genre and What Readers Want”

Jamie Davis is the author of more than a dozen novels including Accidental Thief.

Check out my 20 Questions with Jamie Davis.

He’s also a registered nurse, a nationally recognized medical educator, and host of The Nursing Show.

How Jamie Became a Fiction Writer

Jamie got started as a novelist on a dare. He’s been a nurse and a medical educator for quite some time and has several nonfiction books available. In 2014, a friend of his dared him to write a novel for NaNoWriMo. He finished his novel during November and then it sat on the file for eight months.

Writing that first fiction novel stoked a creative fire in Jamie. He’s always considered himself a very creative person, and writing fiction gave him a different creative outlet than his nonfiction books or his podcast business.

He decided to release what would become the first book in his Extreme Medical Services series. It was very well received by listeners in Jamie’s podcast community, as well as fans of the urban fantasy genre.

The Extreme Medical Services series started as an idea for an educational web series that Jamie turned into a novel. Jamie is involved with seven podcasts and he writes for several blogs. He’s always writing. And ever since NaNoWriMo 2014, Jamie has always had a fiction project in process.

It never occurred to Jamie to go the traditional publishing route. He’s always been an entrepreneur. He was aware of self-publishing and the opportunities available to him to market to the audience of his choosing, rather than relying on an editor or publisher to decide where his book fit in the marketplace.

  • People have asked why we only publish #GameLit bi-monthly having noticed we publish the bestselling #LitRPG weekly.  As it stands now, there are just not enough publishers using the keyword or hashtag.  A weekly list would vary widely and skew the results of the organic sales data.  As it stands now, this list is not an aggregate.   We compile data over a two week period.  Otherwise, the results would be all over the place because the sale of just a few books can bump an author from #75 to #30 overnight.  We believe that in order to produce a truer tabulation, bi-monthly is the right choice for now.

Check out outstanding author Matt Doyle

#SciFi, #Crime and #GameLit author Matt Doyle lives in South  East, England.  Rumor has it he has an extensive tea collection.   From his Amazon author page:

Matt Doyle lives in the South East of England and shares his home with a wide variety of people and animals, as well as a fine selection of teas. He has spent his life chasing dreams, a habit which has seen him gain success in a great number of fields. To date, this has included spending ten years as a professional wrestler, completing a range of cosplay projects, and publishing multiple works of fiction.

These days, Matt can be found working on far too many novels at once, blogging about anime, comics, and games, and plotting and planning what other things he’ll be doing to take up what little free time he has.

A  Sci-Fi murder mystery that has been described by reviewers as Sam Spade meets Blade Runner.

Check out Addict available on Amazon.

New Hopeland was built to be the centre of the technological age, but like everywhere else, it has its dark side. Assassins, drug dealers and crooked businessmen form a vital part of the city’s make-up, and sometimes, the police are in too deep themselves to be effective. But hey, there are always other options …

For P.I. Cassie Tam, business has been slow. So, when she’s hired to investigate the death of a local VR addict named Eddie Redwood, she thinks it’ll be easy money. All she has to do is prove to the deceased’s sister Lori that the local P.D. were right to call it an accidental overdose. The more she digs though, the more things don’t seem to sit right, and soon, Cassie finds herself knee deep in a murder investigation. But that’s just the start of her problems.

When the case forces Cassie to make contact with her drug dealing ex-girlfriend, Charlie Goldman, she’s left with a whole lot of long buried personal issues to deal with. Then there’s her client. Lori Redwood is a Tech Shifter, someone who uses a metal exoskeleton to roleplay as an animal. Cassie isn’t one to judge, but the Tech Shifting community has always left her a bit nervous. That wouldn’t be a problem if Lori wasn’t fast becoming the first person that she’s been genuinely attracted to since splitting with Charlie. Oh, and then there’s the small matter of the police wanting her to back off the case.

Matt’s other books include::

A sci-fi/GameLit series, ‘The Spark Form Chronicles’. The universal links for these are as follows (in order):
This series follows five professional card players as they take part in a future-based tournament where the battles are enacted for live audiences by holograms.

An ‘over the top’ performer guarding his companion’s right to life.
A genius programmer striving to retrieve her property.
An ex-mercenary sick of the abuse that she and her girlfriend receive.
A teenage girl desperately seeking to understand her past.
An old man intent on living on his own terms.

Five professional card players. Five reasons to fight. One thing in common: Their lives will be touched by the existence of the AI known as Carnival.

The Spark Form Chronicles combines card gaming with the excitement of professional wrestling, and tells a complex story that asks a simple question: Can an AI every truly be alive? Dive into Matt Doyle’s epic science fiction series to find out the answer.

Editorial Reviews

“…this wild ride is a medley difficult to describe. It’s a bit Game of Thrones as you enter the world of Zion and witness, much to my approval, dragons… The author shows his geek constructing a realm of computer based technology that would rival the Arrow’s Felicity Smoak.” – Ame Terra

“I loved this story because the characters are well written, and I can relate to much of what they go through, having been a role-player for years. Having been deeply immersed in game worlds for hours and weekends at a time, I respect that the author was able to express that disconnect with reality on coming out of the game world, and the reactions to finding themselves in a real version of the game world.” – Timothy Bateson
“Mr. Mulder has woven in strands from both the Old and New Testaments, dragons, conspiracy theories, nano technology, myths and legends about such diverse historical figures such as Elijah, Tamerlane, John the Apostle, and Noah to a cohesive adventure story.” – Mainer
“Combining elements of advanced software engineering, biblical references, conspiracy theories, and even dragon lore, this is a very innovative and entertaining take on the fantasy, scifi, and dimensional travel genres that will keep you guessing right to the end.” – Guillaume Boisette
“Such an enjoyable and captivating read with as many twists and turns as can be imagined. R. M. Mulder pulls you in with a deep and mysterious scene before dropping you off in the modern world of Earth. Mulder’s novel continues to surprise with every twist and turn of the story while still keeping the story grounded with his impeccable descriptions.” – Zora Marie
“Giving five stars because, well it was a good book and I think this writer has a lot of potential. It really cracked me up in spots, the apocryphal quotes started similarly enough to what you may see in things like the book of Enoch or Jasher but when they started to include warp drive technology I just laughed out loud and went along for the ride.” – D. Milne
“I really enjoyed this book. What an imaginative story that R. M. Mulder has woven together. I was riveted. A great tale of the eternal conflict of good vs evil, rounded out with some romance, heroes and a damsel in distress. I loved all the biblical references.” – Amazon Customer
“This is a definite must read if you like romance, dragons, heroes, good against bad and so much more! it’s loaded.” – T. Ward
“I think the author has an incredible concept going. The world he has created and the multiple conflicts are fascinating…” – Heidi Angell
“Reading Conquest was a lot like going to a good adventure film. A fun ride. I’m ready for the next one.” – Ian Mitchell
